Chiropractors are neuromusculoskeletal specialists. This means we are highly trained in how to diagnose, evaluate, and treat your nervous system, muscular system, and skeletal system. Only when all three of these systems are working efficiently together can we reach our maximum potential. Chiropractors use a variety of safe, gentle, hands on techniques to restore proper motion in restricted joints, ease pressure on nerves, and bring back appropriate muscle tone.

For optimal health and quality of life, every person should see a chiropractor for regular evaluation and treatment.

Chiropractic manipulation is your best choice for treating: neck pain, low back pain, headaches, hip injuries, and shoulder injuries.

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."

Gabrielle Fox has had an interest in health, and the well being of others her whole life, and in 2013, she completed her studies in Acupuncture at the International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Vancouver, in Vancouver, B.C.. She had focused on Acupuncture after years of searching for the modality that best suited her interest in helping others in their quest for better mental and physical health.

Personally, she experienced the benefits of acupuncture during a difficult pregnancy and recovering from the births of her two children. She now is an advocate for the incredible benefits acupuncture can bring to all those undertaking the journey of motherhood, from conception to postpartum care and continuing with all the stresses that parenthood brings. Also, having strong familial ties with people living with severe PTSD, the field of mental health has always been one of great personal interest. Acupuncture has been a great modality with which to aide those she sees suffering. An active lifestyle, and several injuries, also helps her to appreciate acupuncture for sports injuries.

With acupuncture, she has found her calling in caring for and helping heal, in a manner that is safe, natural and effective. Her connection to the person, not just the patient, and her gentle manner makes one feel at ease and in safe hands.

Gabrielle has travelled and lived in many countries. She is fluent in French, Spanish, German and English. She has always lead an active lifestyle and spending much of her youth on a sailboat she has always felt strong ties to nature.

Dr. Bo Gregson was born in Arlington, Texas and grew up in Abbotsford, BC, graduating with honors from Yale secondary. Throughout high school Bo competed internationally in wrestling, finishing with a silver medal at the 2003 Cadet Pan-Am championships. Following high school, Bo attended Simon Fraser University on an academic/athletic scholarship to study kinesiology and take his wrestling career to the next level. Bo earned the Canadian Inter-University Sport Rookie of the Year award in 2005 and was a 3-time National Champion. The years of physical exertion in practice and competition, and continually testing the boundaries of his body, didn’t come without a price, and Bo struggled with injuries to his neck and back. Medical and physiotherapy treatments proved unsuccessful, but chiropractic treatments delivered results that enabled him to continue wrestling, stronger and healthier than ever. Bo was motivated to provide the same health benefits to others, and when he completed his Kinesiology degree he chose to move to Portland, Oregon to study Chiropractic at the University of Western States. He earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic with Magna Cum Laude honors in 2012.
